10 Years of Skyhigh India: A Decade of Safe Skydiving in India

This February marks 10 years of us in the sky! What began as a dream to make international skydiving standards accessible in India has grown into one of the most trusted names in adventure sports in India. Over the last decade we have had the honour to facilitate 12,500 jumps across 8 locations in India, along with a 100% safety record, that has helped us set a benchmark for licensed skydiving operations in the country that rival all other skydiving destinations around the world.

From One Dream to 12,500+ Safe Jumps

The dream for what Skyhigh India would be was clear from the start. Our co-founders Rudra Bhanu Solank and Digvijay Singh wanted to bring to India an internationally structured skydiving operation that aligned with USPA expectations and prioritised safety and training. 10 years later, the foundation laid by them is visible in the numbers, we are so very proud of! Today, we have completed 12,500+ jumps under the expert supervision of a team with a combined total of 26,000 jumps under their belt, and each jump has been conducted under elaborately defined aviation systems and thorough weather checks.

Skydiving is not an automated adventure sport and that’s why each jump involves meticulous coordination of equipment checks, ground briefings and real time weather checks to make sure our 100% safety record is never compromised.

8 Locations Across India

These last 10 years have not only been a dream come true when we talk about bringing international level of skydiving to India, but it also makes us proud to have hosted jumps across 8 locations in India. We have brought our licensed skydiving experience to different parts of the country like Tehri, Jamshedpur, Jamshedpur, Khajurao, Bhopal, Agra, Karnal and with our primary dropzone in Narnaul, Haryana.

This expansion across the country has allowed us to bring skydiving to more first-time jumpers to experience tandem skydiving without fear of a compromise of standards and safety.

A Decade of Structured Skydiving in India

These 10 years in the sky is not just a milestone but a reflection of our consistency, to be the best for every single jump that we are responsible for. From our first jump to our 12,500th one, we maintained and adhered to the utmost principles of safety as licensed by the USPA, and have aligned with personal procedures of discipline as well.

As we mark 10 years of skydiving in India, our goals and dreams remain unchanged, which is to bring this extraordinary extreme sport adventure to newer heights with each jump and expand to more corners across India, so we can share this experience with all those who dare to dream in this country!
